Chris specialises in local governance capacity building in fragile and conflict-affected environments and has experience in management of programmes, grant schemes and support modalities for a variety of bilateral and multilateral financing institutions, including the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, World Bank, USAID, UNDP, EU, NATO and SIDA. He holds a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of Birmingham (UK).
