VNG International implements 50 – 60 projects on an annual basis that all contribute to strengthening democratic local government. For these projects we dispatch experts both for short-term (a few working days up to a few weeks) and for long-term missions (part-time or full-time deployment). Short-term expert missions may include setting up and executing a training, providing advice (written or oral) and monitoring or evaluating projects. Long term-missions usually involve thematic Key Experts within internationally funded projects and Team Leaders responsible for the management or our projects in the field.
We are always interested in new experienced professionals who would like to join us in the achievement of our mission. Do you feel committed to local government? Are you a team player, capable of finding creative solutions and client oriented? Do you have good report writing skills (in English)? These are just a few of the characteristics of the experts we would like to get in touch with.
Please register and fill in your personal file/CV if you posses the above characteristics plus a proven track record in one or more of our core areas of expertise.
You can also join our LinkedIn Group VNG International. This group provides a platform for experts currently working in our projects or interested in working for us in new assignments. This group will publish our job opportunities, information on current and new projects, and serve as a forum for discussion among local government experts involved in international cooperation.
As soon as we have a new assignment which matches your expertise, we will inquire on your availability. In the mean time you can improve chances of being selected by (1) keeping your CV up-to-date and (2) keeping track of our job offers posted on this website.
